HOW WILL YOU FIND POTENTIAL BUYERS/RENTERS FOR MY PROPERTY?

We have been in the business for a long time, so we have lot of referrals who make inquiries regularly with us, as well as we source buyers & renters through other agents & through many online paid mediums.

WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THE FINAL HOME SALE PRICE DO YOU CHARGE?

Our charges for Buying & Selling is "1% (One Percent)" of the Total Sale Value of Property, and "1 (One) Month" of License Fee / Rent for renting a property.

For land deals & outstation deals, we charge "2% (Two Percent)" of the Total Sale Value.

DO I NEED A REAL ESTATE LAWYER AS WELL?

For those deals where the title of the property requires a Legal Title Search, in such cases the services of a Real Estate Lawyer is unavoidable. The Lawyer Fees for the same have to be borne by the Buyer. We can help source the right professional.
